「The breakfast was rough. The coffee ran out before I even got there. They were short staffed in the kitchen. The food looked unappetizing. I left before the coffee was replenished. The room was fine, the hotel was loud. There was a dog barking most of the time and the other guests were yelling. The elevators took forever and they seemed ready to breakdown at any time.」

「We asked for a pet friendly room and I understand that you usually get a gently used, not perfect room. Overall we felt the room floors were dirty, the bed springs squeaked and 6:00 AM breakfast arrived about 6:20. Plus side it was in a convenient location. We did get a first floor room as requested. Did not see the $25 pet fee when we made the reservation. Wished it would have been disclosed on the Expedia website.」
