「Staff was always available and helpful. Too bulky pillows. Hotels should have three different thicknesses of pillows. My neck kinks with large bulky pillows. Noisy. It's right next to the highway.」

「From check in to checkout our experience there was phenomenal. They were super receptive on the phone to answer questions about their shuttle service. We even had to do a very early morning shuttle at 3 AM for our flight and they accommodated that early time AND included offering us homemade breakfast burritos to take with us because we would be missing the continental breakfast. The first room I went into was under maintenance, the next was run down, dirty, had sewer gas leak, and smelled like someone lived in there with a cat (because people are living there). The walls were filthy there were spots that had unknown substances on them some spots where it was maybe food on the ceiling the rest of the walls had rotten spots and holes in them, the siding was so rotted you could stick your finger through it, small bits of broken...
