「絕對是美好的住宿經驗，迎賓飲料及點心令人驚艷，設施、泳池令人開心享受。 美中不足的是： 1.飯店email告知到Express怡豐城時，出示入住信即可兌換入島車票，實際上櫃台要求conform number，但飯店並未提供。雖然最後爭取到車票，但非常折騰。 2.Imbiah Station到飯店拉行李距離較遠、入口較難找。飯店使用預先在線上辦理check in，但使用經驗不夠理想，應該從使用者角度思考，提供更充分的抵達指引才是比較重要的事。飯店也試著使用AI輔助諮詢機器、自助領房卡等，可惜並未增加便利性，徒增緊張。對於度假旅館而言建議盡可能使客戶感到輕鬆為宜呢。」
