"My room had an awful smell from the bathroom and the TV channels kept freezing, I discussed with the staff the following day, they ensured housekeeping would see to it. Housekeeping did indeed attend my room only to throw the bedcovers back, empty the bin and leave it with no bag, left all the dirty cups and didn’t replace the tea and milk, and the smell was still there! I eventually told them I want a room change which they did, but this isn’t the first time I’ve stayed here and I’ve always found housekeeping to be useless and never makeup the rooms properly."

"No one let themself into my room this time which I guess is an improvement. Still only a single desk chair per room which is pathetic in a room for 2 people, this week I bought a camping chair with me so I had somewhere to sit comfortably. Place is far too busy with day trippers to facilities making the public areas deeply unattractive to me and not at all restful, plus all the noise from M4 - better double glazing needed. Missed opportunity with outdoor access, only area is small terrace on a north facing wall so too cold. Could easily put some tables and benches around the site for customers but you probably want them near the refreshments so that they spend their money. Overall I think you offer very poor value for money."

"Hotel rooms were bit dated, the air con was very old and loud. The main lifts were not working. Think hotels needs a make over. "

"Great breakfast, our room was clean but looked a little tired with a stained carpet and was booked for 3 people but only 2 cups/glasses provided. Air con could do with going lower than 18 it was so hot in there! Also lift from car park not working not great with lots of luggage, and would be really helpful to have better directions to parking on your website as it was really tricky to find. I ended up calling and listened to the automated message with gave clearer instructions on parking and a postcode that worked in my sat nav."
