"Everything was good, except for the elevator breaking down for almost the entire day. I recently had surgery on my ankle, we were on the eighth floor. The front desk was nice enough to offer a free bar drink while we waited."

"Rude, unhelpful staff, filthy room, breakfast empty 45 minutes before it was to end. We had a king suite and my teen daughter had to sleep on the sofa bed. The mattress was stained everywhere and had holes in it, the sheets were dirty, dirty walls and doors, stained bench seats, something foamy and crusty all over one of the bar stools. People screaming and fighting in the halls, banging on the door all night long. Front staff refused to help at all. At one point I was told that it was a reunion or something and they are fine, just deal with it!” It was the worst hotel stay that I have ever experienced!"

"There was a water line break nearby and the water was coming out brown. We weren't able to drink it or shower and they didn't tell us it happened before we checked in. We would've made reservations somewhere else. "
