"Everything about our stay was great except for the fact that one of the reasons that we chose the hotel was because it had a pool. We weren't given any warning that the pool was closed for maintenance, otherwise we would have stayed someplace else. We paid full rate for our stay but we weren't given all of the amenities that were promised and that was disappointing."

"This was our second time staying at this hotel and we love it! Our stay was for a week as we were visiting family in Pittsburgh. We can't say enough good things about this property! The staff are so friendly, the hotel overall is clean and well maintained, the rooms are clean and very comfortable, the pool is very nice and the water is the perfect temp, and the included breakfast has a good variety of hot and cold options. This hotel is priced well and for us was close proximity to our family we were visiting. This will definitely be our choice hotel the next time we're in Pittsburgh visiting our family!"
