「Hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The 4 star for amenities was due to the pool being too cold to swim in, and the fire table outside didn’t work-although staff tried their best. Our room was a queen x2 with a trundle couch, and was VERY spacious and clean. However, when we pulled out the trundle there was a lot of garbage under it, so my daughter chose to sleep with us. 「We stayed at this property for one night and reserved two rooms. Unfortunately, one of the rooms we were given had not been cleaned at all. There were no pillowcases on the bed, the pillows were left on the floor, and the curtains were wide open as if the room had just been vacated. There was trash still in the trash can, and the bathroom had clearly been used multiple times and not serviced. To make matters worse, we were told at check-in that a bagged breakfast would be provided the next...

「Normally I don’t leave a review but they earned it. The sheet look used , water tap is broken, the shower head barely works with all the water still came out the bottom. The whole room smells funny.」

「We stayed at the suite with a jetted tub in the room. Huge room/suite with kitchen and two bathrooms. Great bed and everything was wonderful. Highly recommended.」

「Everything about our stay was great except for the fact that one of the reasons that we chose the hotel was because it had a pool. We weren't given any warning that the pool was closed for maintenance, otherwise we would have stayed someplace else. We paid full rate for our stay but we weren't given all of the amenities that were promised and that was disappointing.」
