"I’ve had to stay here twice in the last month due to my mother being in the hospital. Carla Romero, the manager, was amazing! All the staff were honestly! When I found out I wouldn’t be able to go home because my mom wouldn’t be discharged, Carla helped me with a new reservation. She also moved us rooms after night one to one with lower beds so my mom could get in and out of bed. I’ve had to extend my stay 3 times this time. I couldn’t say more great things about this hotel! This will be my go-to in Lubbock from now on! "

"Well first of all staff was great when there was staff. We needed more towels and apparently, they had non available until very late in the evening. Breakfast was awesome. The second thing was the bathroom it didn't some renovation. "
