The sheets on the bed were not clean when we checked in. The drain pipe on the bathroom sink fell off but they very quickly fixed it. The toilet was broken so we had to turn the water supply off and on so we didn’t have to listen to the toilet run nonstop. The balcony was COVERED in spiderwebs which made sitting on the balcony a bit cringy. The staff was AMAZING and accommodating.

When I checked the staff was welcoming. The parking was safe. The room was fairly larger than expected. It smelled clean. However the simple things that popped out that needed a lot of attention was the tub cleanliness, the shower curtain smelled like dirty wet rag, many lights did not work in my room. During the day around the afternoon I also notice in the staff kitchen area where they prepare the continental breakfast, there were hashbrowns (in their packaging still) layed out on a rolling cart just sitting there for a good while… mind you this was in the afternoon.
