"We stayed with 2 children. The pull out couch was comfy enough for 1 adult/1 child or 2 kids. Room was average for being cleaned. Rooms were a bit dated, kitchen needed a kettle, not a blender. The elevators were down from 4 to 2 so taking it was difficult. Water bottle filling stations were limited and not working frequently. The kids activity room was closed for renos and no alternatives were offered. The pool hours were very short. After being out all day doing things, kids were never able to swim. Shuttle was great but we bought the strip bus pass which stops right by the hotel . Located right beside the outlet mall. Staff was friendly. Def family focused. Would only stay here again if the price was much lower than the strip options. "

"Check in was an absolute mess, hotel staff berated 2 of my employees. We ended up getting charged nearly double our booked rate. The hotel issued $100 credit to one of the 5 rooms we had as a “make good.” Problems with staff at the pool and not allowing my daughter to order food or water even though she was on the room. Issues at checkout with 3 of our 5 rooms. It was an absolute mess, too much to list."

"The room was large and clean, but could tell there has been previous damage and some staining on the couch. Left before breakfast was served. The staff was helpful and attentive. "
