"We had no problem with the hotel, location was great , but we did had a dinner party at the hotel for 18 guest in total with only one servicer !! Unacceptable. They need to step up there game in this area"
LSE Bankside House - Campus Accommodation
8/10 Good
"Clean and tidy with a free full breakfast. Basic dorm living with 2 single cots, a desk and bathroom with an amazing shower with excellent pressure. You can't drink the water in the room but you get access to the shared kitchen with has drinkable water from the tap. Be warned there is no air conditioning. Good location for us as it was walkable to transit and bus stop nearby. They even have a weigh scale in the lobby and free luggage room storage."
Premier Inn London County Hall

"We loved the large room, breakfast buffet and convenient location!"
Sea Containers London
10/10 Excellent
"Traveled here for 2 nights, 3 days with our two toddlers - the perfect location. Would highly recommend the Thames apartment if you are traveling with small children as there is a separate room for them to nap and sleep in. Staff were incredibly accommodating, and everyone was wonderful to our littles (especially Lamesh at the front!). Gemma was so helpful in the reservation process, and the room was set up perfectly for our arrival. Stunning views, centrally located, great breakfast with plenty of options and high chairs for the little ones. Will absolutely be staying there again in our next visit to London."
Shangri-La The Shard, London
10/10 Excellent
"I had an amazing three-night stay at this hotel and it was a great experience. It was very clean and luxurious. It was the quietest room I’ve ever stayed in; there was no noise from the corridors, and the air conditioning was super quiet. The views from the room were stunning and the binoculars provided were a great touch, which we used every day for ages looking at the many landmarks. The Sauna and pool on level 52 are a must, and we were lucky enough to book a time when it was empty. Breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. Given the price, I expected a real treat, but the cooked food was dried out and shriveled from the hot plates. I would suggest that, since guests have to order their eggs through the server, they should offer a plated breakfast to keep the food fresh. The juices and fruit were nice, so we ended up sticking to those. That said it didn't ruin our stay and we would definitely stay again."
