"I was very impressed with the greeting I had when I arrived at the hotel. The member of staff (Josh if I recall correctly) was genuinely friendly both when I arrived and when I checked out. Other staff were also courteous and helpful which made the stay pleasant. "

"I visited Nottingham virtually every week for nearly 2 months and always chose the Lace Market hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable, if they are on offer chose the suite for added luxury. The breakfasts are really good and is great to have plated service. The only negative is the air conditioning can be temperamental."
