The owner is warm, welcoming and delightful to talk with. She really made our stay. The rooms are fun - each with its own theme. Our room was comfortable and quiet, even though it faced the main road. The location is great - easy to walk or take a bus to all places of interest.

This place was such a good find! We were have a weekend away with friends, stayed here for 3 nights and LOVED it. The owners were lovely, welcoming and helpful. Our room was cleaned while we were there. The location is great for Nottingham city centre. Strongly recommend.

Welcoming owners, and quirky rooms. Great location for strolling into the city centre, and Nottingham Playhouse. Pre booked on site parking was well worth an additional £10 per night. Brilliant international breakfast menu offered.

We stayed in the Paris room, and even though the decor is a tad over the top, the room was comfy, big and offered everything we needed. The owner/manager was very helpful and nice to talk to. We paid $10 to park in the inn parking lot.

Mamas inn boutique is a lovely quirky hotel, I stayed in the London room, which really gave you the feel of London. Red telephone box as a wardrobe various London building art work on the walls etc. The owners very nice people

Great novelty guest house

Room was decked with the theme of London which was brilliant including phone box wardrobe and dressing gowns to name a few. Beds comfy, tea,coffee etc available in the room and large bath and shower. Unfortunately weren’t there long enough to sample the food but the menu was extensive and looked amazing.

Was comfy & warm! Had the London room which was great! The breakfast was really good and worth booking and paying extra for! The only downside is you had to pre book the parking (£10) which we were happy to pay but told on arrival it was full ! I didn’t read anywhere you had to pre book, and even emailed 2 weeks prior and they didn’t say then! So parked on the street £1:50 an hour.

Lovely, quirky, delightful place. Had a great themed triple room for my friends and I. The breakfasts and choice of breakfasts were superb. A 15-minute walk from town. On a busy road, aware of the traffic noise as I chose to have the window open at night. But was everything we needed, and gave us a great stay.
