「Staff were very friendly from start to finish, breakfast and bar snack were delicious. The overall hotel is very welcoming. Our room was beautiful, clean and spacious. We are already planning our next visit with our pups next time.」

「入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角」

「We did not have breakfast but everything from check in to check out was excellent. The showers were particularly good and rooms decorated very tastefully and very comfortable. The complementary Welshcakes in reception were a nice touch. The hotel was centrally located on Queen street, very convenient for the Castle, shopping and Principality Statium. Definately recommended and would stay again 」
