「入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角」

「Really friendly welcome on arrival. Staff were really helpful throughout our stay, nothing was too much trouble. Would like to give a big thanks to Chris who greeted us on arrival. Room was was really comfortable and we had everything we needed. Really enjoyed our meals, we had dinner in the evening and cooked breakfast in the morning. Couldn’t fault either. Good selection for breakfast - cooked, continental, omelettes, pancakes. Would definitely recommend Maltsters Arms, and would stay here...

「This is a very nice hotel and the rooms are spacious. We are satisfied with this comfortable stay experience. But I think a minor thing may need to be improved. The temperature of bath/shower is not very steady, and it dropped down after several minutes. Besides, the water from tape also took several minutes to become warm. Since we visited in April and it is still a bit cold, when I washed my hands I felt a bit freezing. It would be better to access hot water more easily.」

「This is in someone's back garden which was full of building rubble. No check in details until half an hour before the time which led to a lot of stress. The door sticks too. Beds were comfy and it was clean. It was adequate for my kids as a place to lay their heads」

「Rooms were excellant, breakfast was really good but best of all the most dog friendly place I've everstayed!! This was an extremely busy Saturday night pub where I sat at the bar with my dog also sat on a stool. When door security come over and make a fuss of your dog and go and get some treats, it was just brilliant. A really lovely stay. I won't make the mistake of asking for a full English for breakfast in a Welsh pub again!!! 」

「Great hotel for a bade to easily get into Cardiff City. On street parking was free and right outside the hotel which swung it for us! Bar downstairs was OK. The pool table was for over 16s which would have been good to know before booking. Lovely hosts and clean, comfortable accommodation. 」

「My husband and I spent ten days there in September 2015. The house-owner, Helen is very nice. Every day she kindly recommended some landmarks for us to visit. And she was willing to assist us.
