"From check in to check out (same member of staff) a really pleasant experience. She couldn’t have been more helpful. We’ve stayed in Cardiff many times and this was right up there for experience. Great location, superb staff and lovely room. Only slight down mark was the slightly dated bathroom."

"Hotel was great. Apart from the staff decide “when” they close the bar. We arrived back at 10.50 and decided to have one glass before bed and the bar staff had decided they wanted to go home and refused to serve us. The reception staff commented that it was open till midnight the day before? And we are residents. Even the duty manager tried to help but was flately met with a no."
