"The walls are peeling and you can see lots of damp. There were 2 holes in the bath so couldn’t have a bath, the shower was broken, they rung the room at 10.10pm to ask if they could come and have a look at the shower, we were in bed after a long day so we said no it is late. I wouldn’t stay here again, gone down hill in recent years "

"Been here a few times now. Always a great place to stay to visit Cardiff. Has great rooms, great staff and a good selection of drinks in it's bar."

"The staff are lovely and welcoming! The hotel is convenient as its location is perfect, a short walk to the centre but also a short walk to the train station. Room is very small so would only stay a short period of time. "
