「I killed 4 roaches in my room during my stay. The staff were very nice, but the property is run down. My kitchen area was a formica table and chairs, and microwave sitting atop a mini fridge. No sink! Also, I found a piece of broken glass beside my bed. I’m just thankful that I didn’t cut my foot!!! It was I could find at the time, but never again.」

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!」

「I have stayed here in the past and loved this place for its coziness and atmosphere. I only stayed one night since they have reopened, and I did not feel like it was that cozy atmosphere. To start with I felt like it was a burden for me to be there during check in. the room was clean, but the floors were buckled and I just did not get that comfortable cozy feel that I have felt in the past stays. I will give it another try due to the fact that me and multiple family members will be here in later...

「It's a very nice property run by a friendly family. I feel there should have been more sound proofing during construction. I could hear the person snoring in the room adjacent. Otherwise, nothing would put me off staying there again. Thanks!」

「We dropped our luggage and left for business meetings. When we came back in the evening, we saw the tub full of termites and also termites on the pillows of the bed. Speaking with the manager to tell him what we saw, he refused a refund. We had to find another accommodation at 9 PM!」

「Based on the Hilton brand and the price of my stay, I expected a more upscale experience than what I received. The rooms themselves felt dated and did not reflect the elevated experience I expected from a Hilton oceanfront resort. As it relates to fees: A $25 daily resort fee was an unexpected additional fee. Parking is also an additional cost, $35/day and it’s across the street. valet is $50.00; however, the service from the valet attendants were exceptional. Solicitors also stuck flyers...

「As usual, our stay at Hampton Inn was wonderful. I find Hampton Inn, no matter what state or city, it is always consistently pleasant. It's welcoming, clean, has comfortable beds and a very nice breakfast! Oh, and coffee is available 24/7! We will visit again!」

「It was mostly ok, the one thing that made us check out earlier was that the first two days of our stay the room was not cleaned at all, the house keeping never went to our room to take the trash out or bring clean towels at least. We went out and got to the room at about 8pm and the bed was exactly how we lefted in the morning when we left, the trash wasn't taken and we didn't have clean towels.」

「The hotel and offered amenities are great for the value. The issue we encountered was that our room was not ready on arrival and we waited 3.5 hours to get our room, which meant our first day was ruined. All we heard was that the hotel was short staffed. We were not offered a refund or partial refund. It was disappointing as this was Father’s Day weekend and we were there to celebrate my husband. This experience tarnished our memory for this Father’s Day and are not likely to reserve here...
