「Very nice, quiet get away. Close to town, close to the interstate, centrally located between Colorado Springs and Castle Rock. Very cute treehouse with all that we needed. Fun to watch the nature from the porch or window. Crazy bird that kept trying to get in kept us entertained!!」

「This property should not be used until it has updates. The electrical system is very old, plugs won’t stay in, you have to unplug items to not trip a circuit and I felt unsafe. The heating wall gas heating unit did not function and I was very happy to see CO monitors in place. This unit looked like it was from the 40’s. The paint is chipped, there are large chunks of wood missing and an all of the faucets dripped water. This was not the unit I chose at booking but was given to us due to repairs...

「I rarely write reviews, but the lack of communication from the property management company was beyond frustrating. I followed all instructions, attempted contact 72hrs prior, no response. Called and left multiple messages, no response. Access was supposed to be through an electronic lock - with the code being the last 4 of the phone number, didn’t work. Finally, after numerous calls and messages left, I was able to get a live person to help gain access. Four codes later- and access was...

「LOVED staying in this cozy cottage! I stayed by myself and everything was very neat and tidy. Seemed modern, cozy and aesthetically pleasing. Sheets were COMFORTABLE I wish I took a picture of the tag. The only thing I did not like was that I was myself and a lil scared but the after the first night I got used to it and it felt like home. They had all the pots, pans, water filter, everything a normal home would have. 」
