We stayed here as three friends over a long weekend. The staff was great and helpful, location was convenient. Overall, the carpets were pretty gross and stained and everything dated. It was sold out on the Saturday night we were there and we overheard what some guests were paying for a room there for the night and would absolutely not pay that much for this place, half of that at best. Would I stay here again? For the right price ,yes, adjust your expectations.

I would just like to say me and my children had an amazing time in Colorado Springs and a great stay at Laquinta Inn. Heidi was so nice and helpful with me and assisting my family with great service and a welcoming attitude and hospitality that was amazing. Her staff were very attentive and helpful when we needed anything. Room was clean and smelled good as well as we slept in peace and quiet. We were very pleased staying at this establishment.

Fridge made a lot of noise but we use white noise so it didn't interfere with our sleep. room did not have a mirror - only mirrors in bathroom. tv remove had a bunch of tape remnants on it - back part was missing. we were there for 4 nights - same breakfast each am which made me wonder if they didn't re-use the food and just heat it up daily. Probably won't stay there again - employees were friendly enough.

Overall, it was an adequate place. You can tell it is an older place but they have tried to keep up. There are questionable people around the area which didn’t make me feel completely safe. My kids enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool.

Check in was easy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. There were restaurants and a large store within walking distance. We had a great stay. My only comment would be regarding the soaps and shampoos in the bathroom shower. They are fixed on the wall and refilled. The scents were woodsy and masculine. Personally, I would have preferred individual amenities with a more neutal fragrance.

The staff was very sweet and helpful! I just would not recommend this hotel. The room reeked of smoke and the door did not latch properly upon closing. And the back exterior door was boarded up.
