「Really cute hotel, beds comfy, great location! The room was clean, but had musty smell, easily fixed by using fans i room and opening windows for about an hour. We stayed in the cottage with separate bedroom, kitchenette. Pool was nice, floaties and pool toys. Morning coffee in lobby was really good. Definitely excellent value for the money.」

「King suite with kitchen was clean, well stocked with supplies like plates, cutting board, silverware, dish soap, & dishwashing detergent. Room size was impressive and comfortable for family if for traveling with a ton of luggage. Breakfast was good and lots of variety each day. Parking was ample and felt safe.」

Its downtown location is excellent, with easy access to many of the area’s top tourist attractions, restaurants, and shops. 「We stayed at a historic hotel near Pikes Peak, and it truly felt like stepping back in time. The property is full of vintage charm and classic character. 「Our host, Brandon, was friendly and helpful. He noted that because we booked through Expedia, he did not receive our personal information in order to contact us, so he was glad to have caught us upon arrival. The Indian Paintbrush room was lovely. Beds were comfy, hot tub was relaxing, small bathroom but large shower area. The breakfast was yummy! The B&B is steps away from the main drag of Old Colorado City, so there is a lot of shopping and restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend...

「Ok, so it’s a 3 star, but they seem to be pushing that to the downside. The front of house staff are friendly and helpful, but I’ve never really experienced bad service generally in the US. The hotel however, is pretty woeful. It feels like a very old property that that are trying to squeeze a last decade out of before it’s condemned. Nothing really works that well; only 2 of the 3 lifts work, the rooms are shabby, the bathrooms even shabbier, room service is non-existent…they have a green towel...
