「Staff are really great and friendly! The room we stayed is near the alley which is noisy during the night that we couldn’t sleep well. And the pillows are flat that are not comfortable. 」

「The property is well maintained and very clean , we found the room spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of items to order. The host James was very professional and happy to advise on the area . Close to the cliff lift to the spa, and we found the area nice for walking around Scarborough. The public transport links are close by , you can easily leave the car parked and enjoy a driving free break. We would fully recommend the waves for a short or longer break」

Had a problem with the bedside lamp - she fixed it, injured my knee, she fed me (not for free I hasten to add before scores of people want the same!).
