「Staff are really great and friendly! The room we stayed is near the alley which is noisy during the night that we couldn’t sleep well. And the pillows are flat that are not comfortable. 」

「I think the hotel is either new or newly run as they seem to be finding their feet. Check-in was 3pm to 4pm and when I called to say I might be around 6:30, I was told "it's only hour and a half from Manchester" and "there might not be anyone here after 5pm". It felt a bit abrupt in all honesty but when I arrived around 5:30 (Friday school holiday traffic), they were pleasant enough. Breakfast starts at 10:30 to 11:30 which is very late and checkout is 10am. Weird timings, hence my theory they...

「Comfortable bed, some noise from people on the landing as there was a gap at the bottom of the door but this was only a minor inconvenience. Friendly staff, plenty of teacand coffee in the room too.」

「The room was clean but needs updating , the window would not shut and the wind was whistling through the window , reception there was a bell on the wall pressed that quiet a few times no body came , saw other guests and asked them there was a ring doorbell type round the corner spoke to a chap he told what for key safe but because quite def couldn’t understand him finally got to my room after about 1 hr , the only good thing I can say the location good 」
