「When we arrived at the property, the front desk clerk didn't acknowledge us when we walked in and continued to type on the computer for 10 minutes until he finally asked us our name. There was no one else he was helping, just very rude! not good customer service. we stayed at a different hotel the next day and WOW what a difference! so friendly, helpful! We barely got in the door before we got a smiling hello!」

「Tremendous noise problem if your room is on the front roadway, provided noise machine and ear plugs notwithstanding. Hotel shows some wear in rooms. Staff routinely provide less than complete answers to simple questions. Valet pretty quick must times.」

「I like how the front desk was trained on not saying my room number out loud. I like that they have a microwave in the unit and dishes to use and a dishwasher. It felt really clean and it was a great quality stay. I felt safe because of the two deadbolt locks inside my unit.」
