「Väldigt trevlig glamping där ”tälten” är fristående hus med luftkonditionering, badrum och terrass. Poolen var inte värmd (alltså för kall för december), men väldigt fint att sitta i solen och titta mot Atlasbergen. Maten i restaurangen var fantastisk och prisvärd och personalen var väldigt vänlig och hjälpsam. Vi körde också buggy i öknen med en kunnig guide som gav oss lagom utmaning. Man kunde också köra quadbike och rida kamel. Överlag seriöst och professionellt intryck. 」

「Room was lovely, spacious and worked well for our family of 5. The staff are exceptional and the food was varied and offered vegetarians and picky kids plenty to choose from. The less good….the pools are either freezing or way too warm. Our kids were pumped for the water park but we ended up hardly using it because the water was too cold. There’s one heated pool which is so warm it’s like a bath - on warm days the kids were overheating in it. The inside spaces below reception are tired and...

「Spa was so so. The jacuzzi's were turned off every one minute so you had to press the button every time to enjoy one minute which was very annoying. Also, the old maroccan guy at the white guy who lets cars through was very discriminating towards me and at some point became extremely mad at me as well for being maroccan unfortunately. Very weird altercation for me.」

「Lots of positives and some negatives. In short I would go again. To expand a little... the complex and the layout are very good. It's a very nicely styled hotel. Compliments to the room cleaning staff, the restaurant staff, the bar staff (other than a bit of a grumpy guy called Omar at the pool bar) and compliments too to the entertainment team (though my kids didn't do much with them). All those guys were great. Reception staff were hit and miss. The luggage handler guys were imposing and...

「Staff were exceptional - warm, sincere, and very hard working. Nothing was ever to much trouble. Food is by and large very good - cooked fresh to order so can take a tiny bit longer than you might normally expect in a 5 star hotel. But, well worth especially the fish courses. 」

「Very very good overall Excellent quality food and staff . Rooms are a bit dated but still good value. The only real negative is the hotel excursion desk that arrange for private taxis and private excursions . Bit of a rip off and poor quality taxis provided. I would urge the hotel owner /general manager to replace this third party company - it is not a good look for Iberostar- otherwise it was a fantastic stay . 」
