「This was a lucky and incredible find!! Summer in Lake Como is very busy and I was lucky to find this beautiful hotel. The location, Tremezzo is perfect. You are walking distance to bars and restaurants and importantly a stones throw from a bus stop and ferry stop. The owners and staff are kind and very welcoming. 「This really was a most magical place to visit, the peace and calm of the area was just what I needed after hectic working weeks! I wish I had stayed longer to enjoy more of the spa, the village is hard to get to, and very small but the hotel makes up for that. The night we stayed there was a lightning storm and the hotel came to collect us from the local pizza restaurant which was so kind! A lovely places with lovely staff, cannot recommend highly enough! 」

「I had a very good and peaceful stay experience in Lugano with a lake-view balcony suite. The huge room with a spectacular view was nicely set up, and the gymnasium facilities were perfect. However, the kitchen was not for cooking; only the kettle worked. In addition, the staff was kind and helpful.」

「My room had no space for suitcases and to sit on toilet, your feet had to be in the shower. Needs to be renovated. staff was friendly and location was great. 」
