「We had a great trip to Palma using this hotel as our base. We hired bikes for €14 each per day and cycled to the castle and Palma. There are cycle lanes the whole way along the promenade so it was an easy and scenic was to get around! We walked to Palma in around an hour - along the seafront the whole way which was so pretty. 「We absolutely LOVE everything in this hotel, had a great time spending our birthdays. Staff were all friendly, greets you with warm smiles. Our stay included Half board (Breakfast + Dinner), it was absolutely delightful dining & enjoying Spanish cuisine at its best. I couldn't ask for more. 「Zweiter Versuch und immer noch schlecht. Nie wieder dieses Hotel. Der Frühstücksraum ist viel zu klein für so viele Gäste, lauter als eine Bahnhofshalle und es ist kein schönes Frühstück möglich. Die Auswahl ist „neija“ und das Personal nicht ausreichend. Gruselig ist, dass man trotz Online Check in 40 Minuten an der Rezeption steht und alles erneut ausfüllen muss, um dann ein Zimmer zu erhalten, das nicht der Beschreibung entspricht. 「The service attitude of the reception staffs was appalling. There were ants in the room and some bed bugs on our bed. They have no electric wall sockets for boiling water. Expect their guests to boil their water next to their beds or in the toilets. Their technician had to bring us an extension cord to share with the nearby tv wall plug. Outrageous!」

「A no frills hotel, super basic, no expectation, no disappointment. There’s nothing provided in the room except towels, hair dryer and 2 glass. There’s no fridge or kettle. I can put up with it for a 2 night stay but not more than that. The unlimited brunch which last s until 13:30 is quite scrumptious and the staff there are very friendly and the food gets refilled promptly as well.
