「I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay. On the day of our check-in, a loud party at the poolside continued until 11 PM. The noise level was disruptive enough that resting was impossible. I had to complain to the front desk multiple times before any action was taken, and I noted several other guests doing the same. 「Mucho bueno que decir. Primero, el Staff me trató super bien!! Segundo; lugar muy tranquilo y silencioso. Tercero; localización. A 3 minutos caminando la parada del autobus para todo lugar, inclusive el aereopuerto. Es prácticamente, el ultimo hotel de la Riviera de Palma y esta a 6 minutos, caminando, de la playa. Los restaurantes justo a su lado o cerca del area. Tiene un supermercado a 4 minutos del hotel. La verdad, lo tiene todo y es super acogedor. Además, tiene piscina y un Spa. Espero...

「A lovely hotel - good to look at inside and out. Well laid out - there were a few steps, though not may, but always a ramp as an alternative. Breakfast was excellent and the one night we ate in the hotel that was excellent too. All staff were lovely - very professional, so friendly and very helpful. The one not so good aspect was that all loungers around the pool were 'reserved with towels' from early morning, with most people not appearing until late morning or in some cases up to 1.00...
