「Staff was not friendly and they charge $20 for checking in an hour early. The room was not clean, corners were gross, flooring cracked or missing in places, toilets are so low you almost hit your knees to your face. Bed was overly soft you felt like you were sleeping on the medal frame. The air didn’t not work well. Smelled of pot. Overall an awful place to stay. 」

「Due to wind, cable channels were not working properly. Only had two channels. Other than that, very good hotel. 」

「Allowed 2 groups to be helped before me, and 1 group to interrupt my check in. Charged $250 for notions hold. Toliet overflowed. Walls are thin so everything was loud. Left at 3am, looking like a cartoon character ready to die from exhaustion. I never have problems with Expedia, this was 100% the property/hotels doing. 」

「The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also your normal hotel breakfast. Overall the entire team of staff was phenomenal.」

「No issues with staff or the room. The biggest issue was the other people staying. blasting TV all night and morning and screaming in the halls constantly. Non of this do I blame the hotel for. Everything else was good.」
