「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. 「Such a beautiful place with a high level of cleanliness, we couldnt fault it! Loved the little touches of coffee machine & classical music played on arrival into our room. We throughly enjoyed our time at the bell and we're already planning our next visit! 「Beautiful accomodation and accessibility. I really could not, or want to, be critical of anything with our stay. The air conditioning was a massive bonus on one of the hottest day of the year and with us bringing our dog, our room had its own patio and direct access onto the gardens , which was perfect. All the staff were very friendly and professional with a superb breakfast. I Would definitely recommend for a special occasion stay.」
