Top Smith Tower Hotel Reviews
Embassy Suites by Hilton Seattle Downtown Pioneer Square
10/10 Excellent
"Great staff! Check in and late night employees are amazing! Love this hotel. "
"Everything is automated & hooked up to an iPad or the front desk can see what's going on with your room. Our climate control wasn't working which is why I gave the room a 4. They put me in a different room remotely & rekeyed my card so I didn't have to go down & back up which was nice. This place is very cool! We enjoyed our stay & will return the next time we are visiting Seattle "
"We would absolutely stay at the Belltown Inn again. Excellent location for downtown, pier 66- cruise ship, Pikes Market, Whole Foods. The staff was so very kind and helpful. We felt very safe although I wouldn’t hang around outside too late in the evening. It is like all downtown areas in a big city. And Biscuit B***ch is next door! Yes!! Get some Biscuits!"
"We stayed one night at the Populus for the Morgan Wallen concert in July and it was the best decision for an event at Lumen Field. We were able to valet our car overnight for $80 upon check in (a great deal because most event parking was $80-100 and that’s not overnight parking rates) We were within walking distance of the stadium and plenty of bars and restaurants, we were able to enjoy drinks before during and after the event without worrying about driving home or fighting event traffic. Most importantly to me was the how friendly the staff was, every single person we engaged was very nice and we were greeted with smiles every time we came and went from the lobby. We passed housekeeping in the halls and they were polite and smiling as well as the clerk who checked us in, the valets and what I’m assuming were managers in the lobby. Our room was clean & the hotel is beautiful. I would absolutely stay here again for event at Lumen Field. "
