「We spent 2 nights here. Reception staff is nice and friendly. The first night wasn’t very good cause our room was so close to the restaurant from ground floor. The restaurant played loud music until 2pm which made us didn’t sleep well. We’ve talked to the reception immediately but not much improvement about the noise. 「Great location,very close to train and tube stations. Staff is helpful, especially manager Barbara - helping me to upgrade from single room to twin room for several days during my two-week stay. Can walk to Buckingham Palace, St James Park, Hyde Park within 10-15 minutes. Quite a lot of restaurants and shops including M&S. Would definitely stay again. 」

「Cozy little room, slept well. But there was noise constantly from rooms next door and the courtyard until late at night, if you wake up easily, it will be a problem. Also there is no slippers, toothbrush etc given, and no fridge too. However the hotel is indeed in an excellent location with many attractions in walking distance.」
