"WE thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lawrence's Hotel! The setting of the hotel is gorgeous, looking out over lush vegetation in a beuatiful gorge. It offers indoor and outdoor dining which is wonderful. The food was great and the rooms comfortable. The hotel staff were kind and helpful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to stay in lovely Sintra."

"Breakfast was very weak Room was clean the bathroom was renovated not too long ago but the toilet was too close the a glass shower wall and the shower rain head did not work and if you were no careful it detached for the wall."

"Historic property with a warm, lovely pool. Restaurant was fine but lunch by the pool was the way to go! Burger was good. Location was fantastic and I recommend it."
