"Wonderful family run hotel in a great location right in the heart of Sintra. Peaceful and relaxing, the owners go above and beyond to make your stay the best possible. There is no parking onsite but it is available about 200 metres away or a 2 minute walk. The hotel property is not for people with mobility issues as there are 30 steps to go up to the hotel entrance. We loved this hotel and staff and would highly recommend."

"This is one of the most beautiful hotels we’ve ever stayed at. We were sick so we spent most of our time in the hotel room and it was so comfortable and quiet. The staff was so nice and even moved us to another room when there was a leaky roof. The breakfast was yummy. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Do be aware that it’s quite a walk uphill when you leave. "
