「What a great place to end a hectic vacation. This may have been a last minute decision but it was a good one. We were met by friendly and gracious owners and staff. Such a serene atmosphere with unique rooms, a spa, restaurant, garden and pool. Staff could not be more accommodating. We were blessed to find them. Thank you so much.」

「The property was in excellent condition, the room was comfortable and well furnished, and the breakfast was good. The location is close to restaurants and about a 10 minute walk from the train station. We are hikers, so it was a great spot for starting off on hikes to the castle, Peña Palace, etc. Staff was very helpful in the morning when they were present.」

「The hotel service is generally ok and breakfast is good. The only thing we found inconvenience is there is no shower room or enclosed area for bath or shower. We booked a room accommodation for 4 persons. There is a bathtub not far from the bed and there is no door or blind. Basically the room inside has no privacy for a group of 4 to stay. Fortunately, we only stayed 1 night and can take shower after we moved to the next hotel. 」

「Wonderful family run hotel in a great location right in the heart of Sintra. Peaceful and relaxing, the owners go above and beyond to make your stay the best possible. There is no parking onsite but it is available about 200 metres away or a 2 minute walk. The hotel property is not for people with mobility issues as there are 30 steps to go up to the hotel entrance. We loved this hotel and staff and would highly recommend.」
