「客房整潔-超乎預期 但是check in服務可以再好一點，因為本人已經是第二次入住了。check in過程很慢，聽到對比旁邊另一個客人的服務人員很好，第一次來新加坡已可以升級住宿服務。而且check in服務員沒有清楚講解deposit 可refundable。」
