Perfect location, spotlessly clean and club facilities were fabulous, along with the views. The Day Spa was devine, very relaxing and fantastic treatments. "I am hesitant to review this hotel, which is marketed as a 4 to 5-star establishment, as it falls short of those expectations. Upon our late evening arrival, there was no assistance with our luggage, nor was there anyone available to guide us to the reception. This was my first visit to this particular hotel in Singapore. However, we had access to the Premier Lounge, where the staff were exceptionally attentive and helpful. I cannot commend them enough and would certainly give them a positive review. Our room was unremarkable, akin to what one might expect in a 3 to 4-star hotel. While it was maintained very clean, the bathrooms were outdated and lacked a bidet. My wife, being from Asia, is accustomed to such amenities, especially in a 4 or 5-star hotel in the region."

"The property is well maintained. The room is very clean and in excellent condition. The staffs are friendly, courtesy and willing to help. The location is good,and within walking distances to major attractions, shopping malls, restaurants and transportation hubs."

"Overall, we think this hotel is good value. Things that we liked- the common kitchen, complimentary tea/coffee, gym, availability of laundry machines, water cooler to provide chilled water, rooms were mostly comfortable and clean. However, improvements could be made to make the rooms outstanding, one of which is to put more hooks on the walls to make up for lack of counter space."

"Entire experience was fantastic from check-in, the room, using the pool and surrounding area through to check out. Was part of a 3 hotel stay in Singapore over 7 nights all at a similar price range and Andaz was the best by a long way. The room (1 bed king with city view) was huge, beautifully decorated and had so many free amenities too. Can't recommend this place more highly. "

"Every member of staff was fantastic and delivered 5 star service. Hard to single any particular person out as they were all so good. The room (Marina Bay view King) and pool were lovely, very clean and a nice balance between modern and old-world charm. Only minor fault was the room did feel a little tired and there was nothing really in the way of amenities in the room (free soft drinks or snacks). Would still recommend 100%"
