気になったのは、一部フロントスタッフの方の接客でした。
無人チェックイン時、システムがフリーズして呼出したのですが誰もこなかったり(スタッフは十分な数のかたがいて、お話しながら往来していました)、少しして近くの方に声をかけても待っていてくださいと素っ気ない態度。
なんとか時間をかけてチェックイン完了したら、エレベーターを案内される際に宿泊階を大声で言われたりと、少し配慮に欠けるなと感じました。
混み合う時間でたまたまだったと思いますが、ご参考になればと記載させていただきます。"
