Rooms are very nice and well maintained/ cleaned and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful towards any questions we had regarding the hotel or travel through Japan. Has a 2 washing machines that also work as dryers as well for 700¥. Hotel was close to the train station and had a variety of restaurants nearby. If you are planning to stay in Shinagawa and want a hotel close to the station with great rooms and service I highly recommend this hotel for your next visit.
