"This hotel was the perfect place for our stay. The room was clean with a very spacious bathroom. There were normal and blackout curtains (for those who need total darkness to sleep). Cleaning staff would always make our bed and took out the trash when needed. Hotel staff were very friendly when we first arrived and helped us check in. We also tried the AYCE breakfast and it was definitely worth it. There was a great variety of American and Japanese breakfast. The baked goods area was the highlight as the croissants and breads were still so soft. There is also a bread toaster with various fruit jams. Overall, I would definitely stay here again for the easy access to shinjuku station and night life. "

"There is NO AIR-CON in the room!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The hotel uses a centralised heating system with no ability to adjust the temperature per room. During my stay, the room was overwhelmingly warm with absolutely no way to cool it down. There is a Dyson fan provided, but it is simply a fan — not an air conditioning unit — and does nothing to actually lower the temperature. For a hotel at this price point, this is frankly unacceptable. The room itself is also very cramped. Even for a regular-sized person, the space felt restrictive — we could barely open two suitcases at the same time without struggling. The rest of the facilities were decent enough, but the lack of proper temperature control is a dealbreaker. I would not stay here again."

"Not clean floors. Capsules are old and mattress not comfortable. Area is also in the scetchy part of town "

"The staff were so nice. However the hotel said it came with air conditioners. The room was stuffy and had thermostat set to 75. I was not able to adjust the temperature and when asked the staff explained the temperature was regulated by the facility. The staff were so nice and brought us a portable fan. All it did was circulate the hot air though. "

"Room was pretty small for 3 people and the hotel seemed to be older. It worked for our trip but I expected more for the price."

"The hotel is beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. The food is also incredible. I went to the crossroads kitchen daily for breakfast and it was the best food I’ve ever tasted. Plus the manager Fabio and his team were incredible to me the entire time. When I come back to Tokyo I am definitely staying here. "
