「This is the third time I’ve stayed in this hotel. The first time was perfect. The last two times they were issues my second time it was extremely noisy, banging on walls all night and people standing and talking in front of my door. This time I was putting in a room where the air conditioning could not be adjusted. It can only be set to 64°, which was extremely cold. Each day I am told a manager reach out to me, but they never do forgiven false promises of a discounted rate.」

「Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the beautiful gardens and peaceful atmosphere. The only downside was that our room didn’t have curtains, which meant the morning sunlight came in very early and woke us up sooner than we would have liked. Adding window coverings would make an otherwise wonderful stay even better.」

We stayed three nights before being moved, and I feel that significantly affected our stay Furthermore, they knew perfectly well that the air conditioning in that room wasn't working properly, yet they still allowed the guest to stay there.」

「What a disappointment. Took husband for a birthday celebration weekend. The check in was stress full since EXPEDIA and hotel had a written policy stating an email would be sent for an online registration which was "REQUIRED". I tried calling the property directly 6 times over several days ahead of the trip and NO ONE ANSWERED. The EXPEDIA customer service tried to help me, and they also could not reach the property. It turned out it was not REQUIRED to do this and good thing because I NEVER GOT...
