「Great bang for your buck! So grateful to have a place in Ashland we can stay with our dog, too. Walk across the parking lot to Cubans Biazzi for a beautiful classic Italian meal.」

「The beds were very comfortable! When we arrived there was a small mixup with our room, but the staff handled it quickly and efficiently. The breakfast was great - nice to have to start our day!」

「I appreciated the shower head and comfort of the bed. Also, having a microwave, fridge and coffee maker was great. The gal that checked us in Meredith I believe, noticed that we were staying four nights so she changed our room to the third floor facing the opposite direction of the freeway, which was fantastic for us.One complaint would be the hot tub jets worked but not great, they were too weak. 」

「Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this historic property, lovingly restored, with private and lush garden spaces and rooms for conversation and contemplating. On-line booking, keyless entry and self check-in went smoothly. Clean, quiet, close to downtown. My new first choice for stays in Ashland. 」

「Such a cute property. I'd definitely stay there again. Only thing i didnt like was that there was no coffee in the rooms but there was some available in the office .」

「The floor was not swept. The air conditioner was very noisy and “windy”, but still effective. It was inconvenient that I couldn’t get an additional night in my room , though I understand that the rooms were already booked. I appreciated that the receptionist suggested another hotel.」

「This property was a great find! Although We had one of the smaller units it was almost perfect for just a few nights away. It is walking distance to many restaurants & Lithia Park as well as to OSF Theatre. The hosts were so nice. We really couldn’t have a better stay for the price. We’d happily stay again, but next time we’d stay in a larger unit with a full kitchen. 」
