"This casino/hotel is only a year old (as of March 2026), so everything feels clean and new. We only stayed one night on our way home in Northern CA. We've stayed in Yreka before and the hotels tend to be more noisy from highway traffic and truckers. This hotel is far enough from the highway that it's really quiet. The pool area was awesome. Several hot tubs and fire pits. Well maintained. We would stay here again. "

"The staff was super welcoming and friendly. Everything was clean. They provided hand soap and lotions and other extras. The breakfast was served from 6:30 to 9:30 and when it ran low they replenished it immediatly. I would stay there again."

"The floor was filthy and used soaps were left in the shower. The complex is under a tear out refurbish and old and broken furnishings were everywhere. The pool was green and stagnant. It was closed, but should have been drained. Quite the eyesore."

"Room was really clean, staff was amazing. Breakfast was quick and easy. Coffee was good. Heater worked was a little crispy cool there so didn’t need a/c. Great stopping point for our trip home from central California to home in central Oregon. "

"Staff at check-in was helpful. I had requested a room on the quiet side/away from the freeway, but the room assigned was on the freeway side. They quickly checked and found a different room on the parking lot side. Thank you! Unfortunately, the vent fan in the bathroom did not work! The room was clean and the bed comfortable. The breakfast was typical and adequate. I stayed there for 9 days! Not once was the room serviced, the trash was never collected, towels never replaced!! I mentioned this to the front desk staff at check out: he commented that not that it is acceptable, but there was a recent change in management and front desk staff, and that evidently all the communication issues have not yet been ironed out! Nice to hear, but as he stated, not acceptable service."
