「The swim up bar was closed and not open all weekend」

「Arrived and was given literally zero direction on getting into our cabin, expectations or process of needs for the week. First night we spent the evening at Boondockz and had a freaking blast with the locals. Drinks were great and there was plenty of things for the kids 12& over to do. The rest of the week we had a heck of a time catching anyone in the office for things needed. The cabin…. There is so much potential for this cabin but man the whole place needs some TLC. I loved the cabin but...

「I had requested housekeeping daily, and they never took the trash out or refreshed the room. I won’t recommend this hotel. The staff was rude, and they were always short of staff.」

「The room was clean & our bed was comfortable. But It needs some white paint on the front doors, we had a broken piece of tile on our floor & our sink was clogged, drained very slowly. 」

「First! The staff was amazing and so helpful! We arrived a little early and they got us a room quickly. We walked down the hall with a strong Odor of Marijuana. We went in our room and it had a strong smell of pee. After looking around room the chair had goop on it, and behind chair was maybe shorts and underwear (I did not stay long to check). Went and the staff was extremely helpful and moved us quickly. New room was good nice view of the lake. 」

「My family stopped in for 1 night while headed home. The staff was really nice and they accomated my dogs by giving me a room close to the doors so it wasnt to far to walk. The breakfast was great. There wasn't anything I would change and I would recommend them over any other hotel in in the lake of ozarks」
