「Rooms were in really bad condition. Lots of holes in the walls, peeling paint, stains on the ceilings, smell of marijuana in the hallways.」

Then, we checked the room out and it was so damp and musty we refused it. Kindly, we were offered another room which was just as bad. We refused it as my wife has terrible allergies to mold and the like. We explained this to the property manager and he refused any sort of refund. So here we are 16 hours from home and no where to stay and we wanted to be within...

「The location of the Lake House Inn was great for visiting my husband's brother and his girlfriend. The room was attractively decorated, the beds reasonably comfortable, and the room reasonably clean (baseboards and walls are due a good wipe-down, though). TP dispenser was MUCH too far from the toilet and there was a faceplate for a control to a nonexistent heat lamp that hung loose from the wall. Maybe remove the faceplate and TP dispenser and plaster over those spots? DO NOT book through...

「We have stayed at Old Kinderhook a number of times over the last several years. The staff are so friendly, the property is well maintained and clean. My husband loves the golf course!! We do feel the rooms need a major remodel and update. In the past we had to ask for a hair dryer, but we did have one in our room this visit. Fortunately, we were only in our room a couple of hours in the evening as the TV was old and had a horrible picture. They could stand to invest in new ones. If you don't...
