This hotel is not everything it shows in the pictures. The shower controls moved back and forth in the wall, and also leaked. The door to the room was in bad shape, we had to put our butt into it to open it. The office was completely locked up at like 8pm on our second evening. The bed was rock hard. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean and budget friendly for a quick trip. Hawks nest was completely booked so they upgraded us to their sister hotel Inn at Grand Glaise. It was good for what we needed

No air conditioning despite 95-100 degree days. Owner conceded to let us move rooms to the sub ground level rooms that were a bit cooler. Was told by owner that she would refund cost of room. That never happened.

We did not actually stay here. We were relocated to their sister property The Inn at Glaiser Glen. The staff was great, we really didn't use the amenities as this was a trip to see family. I would definitely stay again though.

Staff was nice. Room wasn't the cleanest but it was ok. Coffee pot was missing in our room. Some thug probably stole it. Who knows. But I would stay there again. If you want freedom over luxury at a good price this is your place. Enjoyed the pool and the lake view. If you want a good lake view make sure you get one of the rooms on the top level. The lack of bed bugs warmed my heart. Thank you Hawks nest!

The facilities are older, but the management is trying to do some updating and modernizing. Main thing is the rooms are clean plenty of space and comfortable. We did not use the pool, but it did look inviting and it was being used by others. The staff was helpful when looking for a place to eat, and the manager was super helpful getting us a one night refund as we needed to cut our stay short. I would recommend this place if you're looking for affordability and not picky about decor.
