A nice motor lodge type motel at a reasonable price, especially in the middle of summer high season. We were arriving late, so the host made check in by phone easy along with arrangements for the key. Convenient location but also quiet.
Very prompt check in process and a very safe place to stay. The check in person helped out when the TV was getting reception, he took care of that issue right away.
Cute stay! Loved the privacy you get. It was a super sweet stay. Easy to get around town. The staff is great! Tom is such a host at a property so cute. Staff was nice, and had the clean towel and other necessities ready when needed. Definitely stay for a cute little slice. Also! The donut shop next door is plus!

Liked: Staff & service, amenities
* Booking images confusing- thought I booked a cabin, w/kitchenette,it was a motel room w/kitchenette.
*room smelled moldy-there was water under counter on shelf, but not under sink-but this wasn’t where the smell came from
*mold at shower on bathroom wall near floor- but this isn’t where the smell came from
*mattress on bed felt like an old sofa bed mattress covered in plastic
*towels & bedding was clean-sheets a bit pill
* huge lumps under carpet
*staff(perhaps the owner) was friendly
STAFF alone deserves a 10 Star rating
My guess is this is an old motel/cabin location that needs major work without funding-
Staying here will meet your needs-we appreciated the fridge/sink/microwave
The location was good being very close to restaurant's and shop's at Bagnell Dam. The cabin was in desperate need of a new matress and Damprid to remove the musty smell. As a frequent visitor to the area, other places I've stayed are a much better value considering the overall condition and inadequate supplies. A weekend stay for two should have more toilet paper than half a roll. The property attendant, Tom, was attentive and heloful in assisting with any needs or questions.
Black mold, cold showers and loud ac window unit from who knows what decade! Cob webs in every corner of the room and bathroom, dirty floors and smelled horrible. NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT RECOMMEND!
The room was nice BUT I was in a deluxe suite 2 beds one a fold out couch there were NO sheets for this bed, a thin blanket that stunk. The shower barely had hot water had it turned all the way up toward hot and was barely lukewarm. We stayed in room 11 and outside in the grassy area was dog poop and it smelled bad sitting outside.
Blinds broken, ceiling fan doesnt work. No tv in bedroom, which i like to have. Overall, it was just a place to sleep. You can tell they are trying to make upgrades, just not quite there yet.
My unit did not have hot water in shower so I checked out early.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, room comfort
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Was very disappointed in the condition of the room. We stayed in the same building 2 1/2yrs ago and loved it. The floor in the unit was so warped, there are gaps under the trim, kitchenette cabinet. Water pooled in the shower. I think the building should possibly be condemned. Shades were broken and the one curtain should have been over the window in living room where the building light was on all night. So the living room area with pull out sofa was so bright, it was hard to sleep. Of course the whole unit was so bright when the sun came up, no sleeping in. Sorry, but probably won’t return, though we loved the walking distance to the strip!
