This property does not have an elevator. If that is a problem request a first floor unit. The only other complaint was that the second room smelled of smoke and my daughter has asthma and so we had to switch again. The hotel staff was very accommodating. Besides that the stay was good. We missed breakfast but it looked good.

Obviously updating this hotel, but the kitchen/lobby area was filthy. Hard to find a clean table. And the walls are thin. Woke at 3am to the sound of a frat party in the room next door.

This hotel needs a serious reno. Place looks stale. Hotel's laundry machines are right off the lobby, so the first thing that greets you is a humid, stale aroma. My bathroom wasn't properly cleaned as hairs we stuck to the shower walls and wash clothes were old/stained. However, bed was comfortable and location is quiet.

The room was not clean in the bathroom and round the vanity. There were ants in the room, and the buffet was very poor when we got there. There was nothing but a little bit of eggs, no tea. It was supposed to be a hot buffet. The biscuits were gone. And there was no bacon, hardly any tables to set at And you had to clean them yourself.
