Staff were good to deal with. Friendly and helpful. The room and building conditions were disappointing. Missing lamp switches, no shower curtain, outside doors dont latch or lock on the building we stayed in. I acttually had to duck a door closer that was detached and hanging from the door frame (I tightened the screws with my fingers so someone else woulsnt hit their head) The TV in the room wouldnt hook to the internet so there was no TV available. There werent any hygiene products for a shower or even wash our hands. Pretty disappointing for a Baymont Hotel

Very minimal services. Not very handicap friendly. Hot water does not come very quick due to hot water tank being in a different building. Walls are thin. Phones in rooms did not work. Most lighting was unplugged when entering room. Staff was nice. Breakfast minimal choice. I know it was off season for the hotel. But when arriving the place looked closed down and not open.

Hot tub out of service, same as pool . When told that these 2 accomodations is what also drew me to reserve room the receptionist said well it is out of service but if you want you can use it. Knowing it wasn't allowed. Of coarse grandchildren did and water was way to cold. Not useable. The lady at front desk approached my 16 yr old grandson asking him if he had connection on getting weed for her. We also came back to our room from an outing and are room door was open. Someone with key card had to of done it which would have only been one of the staffs. And of coarse that was denied. It was noticeably opened. Anyone could have just walked in. We made sure the door to our RM was secured before leaving. No one on that staff ever came to us asking if we needed cleaned linen or towels. I had to ask for them and toilet tissue. No providing of room service or asked if we would like room service cleaning while during or stay. I reserved this RM for my daughter and grandchildren. When I went to visit them, I have a service dog, the lady on the phone, when I put in complaints tells me that my dog was not allowed and was not on reservation. Of coarse not, the stay was for once again my Daughter and grandchildren. I explained to her about my dog was my service dog and she told me still it wasn't allowed and that because of me bringing it to the room while on a visit with them it would possibly taken off my card off 500.00. No call backs from owner.

We booked this hotel mainly for its great pricing and the fact that it showed “pet-friendly rooms” when reserving online. However, the website wording is confusing — it appears pets are allowed, but when you pre-check in, you’re required to sign an agreement saying no pets and that you’ll be charged $250 if caught with one. Expedia helped us sort it out, and the hotel ultimately accepted our small dog (under 20 lbs) for a flat $40 fee instead of $25 per night, which we appreciated. When we arrived between 9:30–10 pm, the lobby door was locked. There’s a doorbell outside, but it took several tries before someone came. The front desk attendant, who spoke limited English but was kind and helpful, explained that we were supposed to call the number on the front desk — which, of course, we couldn’t see from outside. The number listed online only went to a voicemail that wasn’t set up. The breakfast the next morning was surprisingly good with several options, which was a plus. However, both exterior doors were broken and had to stay unlocked, which didn’t feel very secure. The entry area had an old, dirty couch that made the place look run-down, and the ice machine and vending machines were out of order or empty. Our room itself was mostly clean, but it smelled a bit musty (likely from being a pet room), the air conditioner never really cooled the space, and we did find one ant in the bed. The TV setup was odd — it’s Roku-based, so you have to log in with your own accounts for st

Room was alright.. staff was polite. Hot tub was down for repair. Indoor pool has peeling paint at the water level and is not heated. ( water was too cold to swim. ) At breakfast we got a glass of orange juice & apple juice.. both juices had dead fruit flies floating in them. I booked the room for my grandson's 19th birthday.. He was disappointed.

Day staff very nice. Pool unswimable . Hot tub cold not working, Door entering building not closing properly. Anyone can enter building, no screen on Window . Ac would quit working during night. Making it hot a stagnant. Hallway was as hot a desert. Surrounding restaurants warned of bed bugs. No house keeping. We were there 5 days no trash taken out, no clean towels, if wanted them you had go to office to get them. Looks like public hair on ceiling. Just completely outdated and dirty. BEDS LIKE SLEEPING ON HARD FLOOR. Only thing good was the lady at desk during the day.

This property is in disrepair and it’s obvious the owners are not putting money back into it. Outside entrance door had broken security. Entry capers dirty. Ice maker didn’t work and vending machine was empty so I doubt the ice maker just broke. Bathroom sink had no stop and faucet had end piece removed so water sprayed everywhere. Chipped paint, rust in doors. Again obvious they’re not investing in the property and definitely not stay again.
