「Good location. The cons: Struggled to close door, door lock not functioning. For safety reasons I attempted to contact host to inform but no answer. Host informed the following day and said that door locked automatically once shut from the inside, but at no time did one hear the automatic lock. 」

「The beach view and location were lovely. Gated parking was really nice. Beach chairs and towels were available from them. The property itself is a bit tired, with pvc piping for sliding door handles and closet bars. The room was cleaned daily.」

「Communication was great, host was helpful and replies were in a timely manner. Room was clean, my dislikes shoot room is there is no counter or dresser space, had to use kitchen table. Also, we only had hot water the first day, the rest of our stay was cold showers. There are no pool chairs around pool, grill had no propane tank. Scenery was gorgeous and it was very quiet and peaceful. 」

「This was a perfect spot for my first solo trip to Puerto Rico. It’s a very short walk to seven seas beach. Plenty of people watching and food. If you want to escape the crowd, just keep walking down the beach maybe 5-10min walk along the shore. The condo is clean and the host responded right away when I had questions. The kitchen cabinets in very bad conditions, the jacuzzi wasn't working property. Beautiful location but; the building needs an update. We pay way too much for what we got. 」
